Nepal Court Fee Calculator is helpful and of utmost importance to various segments: lawyers, clients and officials of court, who require accurately calculating the amount to be paid as court fees while filing a civil case in court. In a broad sense, it eliminates time-consuming processes necessary to ensure that the estimates were both legally correct and representative, thus saving unnecessary wastes on the part of persons undertaking court matters.
As per Section 63 of the National Civil Procedure Code, 2017, one has to pay court fees for filing a plaint, an appeal, or a counterclaim. The calculator makes it much easier to determine the correct court fee based on the value or claimed amount and streamlines the submission process in court, helping users avoid unnecessary delays or challenges.
The rate of court fee is calculated based on the following criteria as determined by the Section 69 of Chapter of Provisions Relating to Court Fees of National Civil Procedure Code, 2017 of Nepal.
